If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms, including charging other payment methods on file and retaining collection agencies.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Our return and refund policy is detailed on our Returns page. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by our return policy. Certain items may be non-returnable as indicated on the product page.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
